1. Website Use
You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You must not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operation, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Product Information
Review each listing for dimensions, fiber composition, filling, strap construction, adjustment features, and care instructions before purchasing.
Fit and light coverage vary between styles and wearers. Do not assume every mask is adjustable, provides complete blackout, or has the same fabric composition.
Descriptions such as satin-like or silky describe appearance or feel and do not, by themselves, establish silk fiber content. Refer to the stated material composition for the specific product.
Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. This does not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
3. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.
International orders may incur destination charges as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion fees.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.
4. Orders and Availability
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee stock availability or fulfillment.
If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, payment cannot be processed, or an order raises suspected fraud concerns, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the affected order.
Payments collected for canceled items and associated charges that no longer apply will be refunded. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available destinations, shipping charges, processing information, and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Corrections may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Email service@ovneluna.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will check whether the request can be accommodated based on the order’s status.
A change or cancellation is only confirmed once we acknowledge it. If an order has shipped, refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Returns and Product Issues
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before sending an item back.
Conditions for voluntary returns of worn or used masks do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods, or any statutory cancellation right that applies.
8. Use and Care
Follow the individual product listing and supplied care instructions. Wear the mask comfortably without excessive pressure and remove it if discomfort or irritation occurs.
Remove the mask before walking, driving, operating equipment, or doing anything that requires vision. Keep it away from infants, young children, pets, open flames, and heat sources.
Do not heat, chill, or use a mask with additional inserts unless that use is expressly permitted for the specific product.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration, unsuitable washing, heat exposure, or improper storage may affect eligibility for a voluntary return. This does not exclude remedies for an underlying product defect.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content belongs to Ovneluna or the relevant rights holders. You may view it for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying, republication, or exploitation requires authorization unless permitted by law.
10. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment and delivery providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices to their services.
Our use of third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities as the seller under applicable law.
11. Liability and Consumer Rights
