30-Day Return Requests
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing service@ovneluna.com. Include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, sleep masks must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and complete, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Because masks are worn against the face, items showing signs of wear, skin contact, makeup, fragrance, or washing are generally not eligible for our voluntary change-of-mind return offer.
This condition does not remove any statutory cancellation or return right that applies to your purchase. We do not treat every opened package as automatically exempt from rights provided by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos where possible. Keep the item and packaging while we assess the issue.
Contact us before washing, repairing, or altering the item. Hygiene-related conditions for voluntary returns do not exclude remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Our published business address is not an authorized return address unless we specifically confirm it for your return.
Pack the item securely and keep your shipping receipt and tracking details.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary change-of-mind returns.
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover necessary return shipping where a return is required.
Original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact us with your order number if you need help tracing an expected refund.
